📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online storefronts using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and product listings.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service through various channels like email, chat, and phone.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive sales.
• Monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to keep our storefronts competitive.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to boost online sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
