You will work closely with our team to ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, and that our financial reports are prepared on time and to a high standard.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial projections and analysis.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification is a plus.
