📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food service.,Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of patients and staff.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the medical team to provide nutritious and delicious meals for patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
