Berkah Putri Tea is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Admin to join our team in Gowa. As the Lead Store Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.,Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure timely delivery of products and supplies to the stores.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store finances, including cash handling, expense tracking, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or administrative field.,Proven track record of managing and training store staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and financial tracking.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in the tea or beverage industry is a plus.
