CV Mandiri Raya is seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or a related field, and a commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Maintain and calibrate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.,Record production data and generate reports for management review.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience in manufacturing or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role.,Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in the production process.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.,Must be willing to work remote.
