As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer experience in our store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting product demonstrations and consultations to potential customers,Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships,Promoting products and services to increase sales,Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate,Assisting in store setup and maintenance,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports,Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities,Training and mentoring junior staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using computer and basic software applications,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices,Good knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English
