📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Lead and manage a team of sales promotion officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Monitor and analyze sales promotion performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales promotion activities.,Manage the budget for sales promotion activities, ensuring it is allocated effectively and efficiently.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales promotion, and apply this knowledge to our activities.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales promotion events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
