📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the steel industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the steel industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
