Jatro Strata Services BPO is seeking a talented and experienced Strata Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting for our strata properties. You will work closely with our property managers and tenants to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.,We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and is able to work well under pressure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for all strata properties.,Process monthly and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Manage the collection of strata fees and other financial transactions from tenants.,Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial reports to the strata committee and relevant authorities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial advice and support to property managers and tenants.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.,Several years of experience in strata accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
