GRID Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Bontang. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during events and banquets. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment,Greet and welcome guests upon arrival,Provide excellent service during the event, including serving food and beverages,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas,Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet facilities,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally,Work as part of a team to ensure a successful event,Follow all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Previous experience in hospitality or event staffing is a plus,Good communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language,Ability to stand for long periods of time
