📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain the operational efficiency of the fleet.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.,Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules and procedures.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Analyze and report on fleet performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support in the procurement and management of fleet vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
