📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.,Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule status.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
