📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Support the HR team in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English is a plus.
