📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
  • Manage vendor and customer invoices.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards is a plus.
