📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize costs and downtime.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure the fleet meets all safety standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs.,Train and mentor new fleet coordinators and drivers to ensure high standards of service.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and generate reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
