As a Lead Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement audit plans and schedules.,Conduct audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors and staff on internal control procedures.,Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
