📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network and generate leads.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
