📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
