As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for the design and supervision of high-rise building projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and development of high-rise building projects from concept to completion.,Supervise and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.,Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.,Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise building design and construction.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
