📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our products and services.,Analyze market trends and customer data to identify demand patterns and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning with business objectives.,Optimize inventory levels and production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.,Monitor and report on key demand planning metrics and KPIs.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency.,Lead and mentor junior demand planners and other team members.,Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in demand planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.,Experience with demand planning software such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.,Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and regulations is a plus.
