📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to optimize fuel usage and reduce expenses.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.,Handle any fleet-related emergencies or issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
