📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts department,Manage and train a team of service technicians and parts staff,Ensure all services are performed to the highest standards and within scheduled times,Manage inventory and ordering of spare parts,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service,Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used,Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and parts management,Proven track record of managing teams and improving service quality,Strong knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting techniques,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for business
