📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance coaching.
• Set and achieve sales targets, driving business growth and revenue generation.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the ice machine distribution network in Makassar, including inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both retail and wholesale, to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the national sales team and corporate leadership to align local operations with company-wide goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
