- Design and lead stretching and mobility programs tailored to individual needs
- Assess clients' flexibility, mobility, and overall fitness levels

- Track client progress using digital tools like MyFitnessPal and Fitbit
- Conduct virtual training sessions using platforms like Zoom and Google Workspace

- Stay updated with the latest trends and research in stretching and mobility
- Promote a positive and motivating training environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stretching and mobility training
- Strong knowledge of Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Movement Systems
- Proficiency in using digital tools for client assessment and progress tracking
- Experience with virtual training platforms like Zoom and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
