📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their technical skills.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to manage equipment repairs and upgrades.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and maintenance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (MMS) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
• Proficiency in using maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar tools.
• Certifications in reliability engineering or safety management are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for site visits and meetings.
