📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Use advanced software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore to design and manage construction projects.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or risks.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, schedules, and other documentation as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site engineering, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
