📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of identity and access management solutions using tools like Okta, Azure AD, and SailPoint.
• Lead IAM initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy robust IAM strategies.
• Integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity posture.
• Monitor and report on IAM performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IAM policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IAM, recommending improvements to the organization.
• Ensure all IAM activities align with PSA Corporation's security and compliance policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a proven track record in leading IAM projects.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IAM tools and technologies, including Okta, Azure AD, and SailPoint.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
