📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Use advanced software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore to design and manage construction projects.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or risks.
Prepare and submit progress reports, schedules, and other documentation as required.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site engineering, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
Strong understanding of Indonesian and international construction regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
