You'll use tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to manage driver onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with drivers, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing programs to boost driver satisfaction and loyalty.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage driver onboarding and offboarding processes using HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to boost driver satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with drivers to address concerns and provide support.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote driver-focused campaigns.
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in driver engagement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the ojol industry and understanding of driver needs.
- Certification in customer relationship management or sales is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
