📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage the hotel's budget, revenue, and expenses, ensuring profitability and financial health.
• Lead and mentor the hotel's management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing feedback to enhance the guest experience.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for hotel growth, including marketing, sales, and revenue management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, service providers, and local authorities.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and meetings, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel general management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
