📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our ballroom venue and attract high-profile clients.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Create and maintain a strong client database, and nurture relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Design and implement creative marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and event management.
• Represent our brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and event management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of event planning software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Event Management (CMP) or equivalent is a plus.
