As a Staff Platform Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of our conversational products, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are not only innovative but also meet the needs of our diverse user base.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the development and launch of conversational AI products, ensuring they meet both business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to align product strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Represent the Conversational Products team in cross-functional initiatives and company-wide discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and conversational interfaces.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform or conversational products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and act on user and business metrics.
  • Experience working in a global, diverse environment and understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Passion for travel, hospitality, and creating exceptional user experiences.
