📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control the kiln drying process to ensure optimal conditions for wood drying.
• Adjust temperature and humidity levels within the kiln to maintain the desired drying conditions.
• Maintain and repair kiln equipment, including cleaning and replacing parts as needed.
• Inspect and grade dried wood to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Record and report on drying processes, including temperature and humidity levels, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the drying process.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Kiln Dry Wood Operator or similar role in the wood processing industry.
• Familiarity with kiln drying processes and equipment, including understanding of temperature and humidity controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working with wood and kiln equipment.
