📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create visually stunning booths and stages for a variety of events and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and translate it into creative designs.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD to create detailed layouts and 3D models.
• Manage the production process, including sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Present designs to clients and stakeholders, and provide clear and concise explanations of the creative concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the experiential marketing industry.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and artists in the team.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in booth and stage design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling and rendering techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in experiential marketing and event production is a plus.
